Our story
About us
Mozartt components were tested by some of the top MTB athletes, including Szymon Godziek, Darren Berrecloth, Morgane Charre (DH World Champion), Rémi Thirion, Flo Arthus and many more, as well as riders from teams such as Labyrinth Shimano, Kellys Factory Team, CTM Racing, and Drag Racing Team.
Their feedback, gathered during rides in extreme conditions, allows us to continuously refine and improve our products – ensuring top performance for riders around the world.

I couldn’t find what I needed, so I built one myself.

How it all started
I’m Mateusz Domagała – founder of Mozartt, rider, and the person behind every product that leaves our workshop. This all started back in 2008, when I was looking for a chain guide that could handle serious riding. I couldn’t find what I needed, so I built one myself. That first prototype, created in my garage, ended up gaining attention within the MTB community and sparked something much bigger than I had imagined.
What started as a personal project quickly took on a life of its own. I documented the entire development process on a popular cycling forum, which caught the attention of few Polish riders like Sławek Łukasik, Arek Perin, Marcel Haczek, Bartek “Jaws” Krzysztoń, and downhill teams: Refraktura racing and Bartbass. Before long, they were testing my components in real-world conditions, providing valuable feedback and helping shape the next iterations. That momentum and community spirit still fuel everything I do today.
Where the name came from
At the time, I was also connected to classical music. Friends jokingly called me “Mozart,” and when they started referring to my chain guides as “Mozartt,” the nickname stuck. Eventually, it became the official name of the brand – a symbol of passion, precision, and creativity.

Philosophy and Growth
From the very beginning, my focus has been on maintaining full control over the production process. All components are designed and manufactured locally in Poland – without the use of off-the-shelf or generic parts. The first product batches were CNC-machined, which allowed me to refine every detail, even though it meant higher production costs. Over time, I introduced custom molds for plastic components, which improved both efficiency and consistency across the lineup.
Every new product goes through a thorough process: from the first sketches and technical concepts, through prototyping and months of field testing by trusted riders, to the final version ready for production. It’s a long road – often a year or more – but it ensures that everything with the Mozartt name on it meets the highest standards.

OEM Collaborations
Over the years, more and more manufacturers have placed their trust in my components. Mozartt parts now come factory-installed on bikes from CTM, Coluer, Kellys, Kross, NS Bikes, and Drag. It’s the best proof that our products meet the highest standards of the cycling industry.

Our Mission
Mozartt’s mission is to deliver bike components that combine cutting-edge technology, thoughtful design, and dependable performance. Our products are made for everyone – from elite athletes competing on the world stage to everyday riders who value safety, style, and reliability.
What Drives Me
I’ve never been interested in marketing gimmicks or hype. I’ve always believed that a solid, well-designed product will speak for itself. My mission is to build components that blend smart design, modern technology, and total reliability – so riders can focus on the trail, not their equipment.

Looking Ahead
Mozartt may have started in a garage, but it has grown into a brand trusted by riders around the world. I’m proud of that journey – and even more excited about what’s ahead. With every new idea, every new ride, I keep chasing the same goal that started it all: to build better components for people who live to ride.
Thanks for being part of the story.
